With 10+ years of experience across B2B, SaaS, and B2C, I identify the bottlenecks holding organizations back and transform design into a high-impact engine for success.

I'm a Design Leader and Strategist who builds design organizations that move as one, with clear direction and shared standards. I create and evolve design systems into engines that support both consistency and rapid iteration, while setting up collaboration models that reduce friction between product, design, and engineering. I define what success looks like and translate it into plans teams can actually execute. When things slow down or break, I focus on fixing the underlying system so the organization can move faster and more coherently.

I'm also a Builder who works hands-on to take ideas from concept to production in a compressed cycle. I use functional prototypes to test with real users early, so we learn what works before investing heavily in engineering. As expert vibe-coder I can build high-fidelity, production-ready prototypes quickly, using modern tools and AI to simulate the real product. Validation is only as good as the experience you test: interaction design shapes user behavior, and low-fidelity prototypes often lead to misleading conclusions. I operate end-to-end: research, design, prototype, validate, and ship—so teams move faster with confidence they’re building the right thing.
